PRETORIA – The defence and state in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial will again butt heads over cellphone data linking the accused to Meyiwa’s murder.
The state intends to recall a previous cellphone data analyst to the stand to clarify crucial discrepancies in the evidence.

This relates to calls between one of the accused and Kelly Khumalo in the lead up to Meyiwa’s murder.

But in its cross-examination of a Vodacom official the defence claimed the state was fabricating a case against  accused five, Fisokuhle Ntuli, and Khumalo.
