Amy Kahn Russell Coral/Orange/Red Sterling Silver Pin Pendant

I have several Amy Kahn Russell vintage Pendants, which can also be used as Pins, that I had intended to use in making necklaces.  But it is now time to give that up, and I need to sell these pendants.
This is a very beautiful Amy Kahn Russell Pendant/Pin.  I have lost the AKR tag so I am not sure what the stones are.
The overall color scheme is a soft, muted coral/orange/red.  It is very pretty, not harsh.
The top and bottom parts match.  They are not natural stones.  I know she likes to use antique buttons, so could be that.  Or maybe fabric.  You can see a flower and leaf in the top one.
The larger middle piece is a natural stone, with a lot of variation.  Maybe jasper, agate.
There are also 2 larger and 2 smaller Sterling Silver flowers highlighting the center stone.
The Pendant is 2" long and 1 3/8" wide.
All "pieces" are set in Sterling Silver.  "925" and "AKR" is stamped on the back.
I apologize for not knowing about the individual parts of this pendant.  This is a very pretty AKR Pendant.  It is in nearly excellent condition.
