Estate sale find, vintage original theater program tri-fold mailer for The Drunkard from the Theater Mart in Hollywood.
It includes the history of the play on the back of the "message" flap and a guest book list behind the "cast and act" list that includes many major stars of the era.
The Drunkard was one of Los Angeles's longest running play, opening in 1933 and closing in 1959. This program is marked "12th Year" which would have been 1945.  Famous quotes on the program:  Mary Pickford "One of the Greatest evenings I ever remember"  and W.C. Fields "The Greatest Show on Earth."
Theatre Mart which is no longer in existence became the Los Angeles Press Club in 1960.
