Vintage Travel Poster- Zagorohoria, Zagori Epirus Greece Grece 1976

Description

This wonderful, authentic, vintage travel poster was created by  the National Hellenic Tourism Department of Greece in 1976 to promote travel to the Zagori the Villages of Zagorohoria in the Epirus Ionannia region of Greece. This region and its villages were designated as "historic" and were revitalized and protected since the 1980s. This is a spectacular region of Greece most travelers are unfamiliar.
The poster description and spelling of Greece is in French. (Grece). Poster promoting the Villages of Zagorohoria in Epirus/Ioannina region of Greece- very rare!
The poster image depicts  a village road in the mountainous region with  an old woman resting on a step, her loaded mule next to her, as she walks uphill on a long stone path/road.
The poster has never been displayed. There are no pin holes or tape, but been stored in a rolled up manner, so there is no fading, however there is some fraying on the sides.  See photos for detail. Please ask if you have questions.
The description on the lower right side of the poster is written in French and reads:  "Un village des Zagoria- Epire "  translated "a village in Zagoria Epirus".
