    Description

    Small vintage cast brass souvenir dish from Constantinople / Istanbul, Turkey. The edge is cast with human figures and flower. Middle is etched with image of Hagia Sophia, or Aya Sofiya, as is written on the bottom. No maker marks.
    Measures 5.25” in diameter, 0.5” high. Weighs 8 oz.
    In good preowned condition. Plate is convex and is not designed to sit flat on a table. Some wear and oxidation residue to middle of bottom. Some oxidation residue on top surface, especially middle and right side. See images for details.
