WWII BULGARIAN ROYAL RED CROSS BADGE with ORIGINAL BOX BORIS III

Description

This is badge awarded to military medics and persons working in the Red Cross. It refers to the reign of Tsar Boris III and the period of the WWII.
The badge made of solid metal with gilt and enamel with measure: 4,30 cm ( 1 5/8”) x 3 cm ( 1 1/8”), measure of the box: 8 cm( 3”) x 6 cm ( 2 3/8”).
The sign and the box are 100% original in good condition, but are have wear.
