Returns
We allow our customers to return their items within 30 days of the product receipt for a refund or an exchange for defective items. Please make sure to all your items for defects before use. Items cannot be returned in used condition. Once a skateboard has been assembled, its parts cannot be returned or exchanged. To initiate a return, you need to get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) by contacting us through e- or phone. All products being returned need to be in new and unused condition to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued if a product is returned without authorization. Your refund does not include shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs for returning their item.
